Welcome to Bintang444. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bintang444 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at bintang444.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through that domain.

By accessing the Bintang444 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Bintang444 platform.

This Agreement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of Bintang444.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the Bintang444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located within, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of Bintang444 or any of its associated entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or have had an Account previously closed by Bintang444 for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register that applies to online gambling services.

Bintang444 reserves the right to carry out identity and eligibility checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Providing false information during registration or any subsequent verification process constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Bintang444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Bintang444 promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Bintang444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

All financial transactions on the Bintang444 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Bintang444 supports a range of locally recognised payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT (TRC-20) are also accepted.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification prior to your first withdrawal being processed.
• All active Bonus Funds must have their applicable Wagering Requirements met before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on your Account, or to a verified bank account held in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and within 1 to 3 business hours for FPX bank transfers. Processing times during peak periods or for enhanced security review cases may be longer.
• Bintang444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if required for security or regulatory compliance purposes.

Bintang444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are beyond our control and remain your responsibility.

All bets placed on the Bintang444 Platform are governed by the sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that market.

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not accompanied by a confirmation number are not valid.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an explicit "cash out" option is offered and available for that particular bet.
• Bintang444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets offered at incorrect odds due to technical fault, data feed error, or human error — and to return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum stake amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Bintang444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for any individual Player at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event shall be final. In the case of live in-play betting disputes, the Platform's recorded data feed shall serve as the primary reference.
• Bets placed on markets such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, NBA, and all other events listed on the Platform are subject to the specific competition rules as recognised by the relevant international or national governing body.

Bintang444 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game types, and applicable Account standing requirements — are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is set out in the promotion details.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated for the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted upon expiry of the stated deadline will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bintang444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses will not be awarded retrospectively in circumstances where a Player was ineligible at the time of the promotion.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• The Birthday Bonus is credited automatically to eligible Accounts based on the date of birth provided during registration. Bintang444 reserves the right to request documentary confirmation of the stated date of birth before crediting any birthday-related bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bintang444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits or otherwise defraud Bintang444 or other users.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for the purposes of laundering proceeds of crime or any other illicit financial activity.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, including through the use of different identities, devices, or IP addresses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes, bonus fulfilment, or any aspect of game play to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, promotional offers, or market inefficiencies across betting platforms in a manner that is not consistent with recreational wagering.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics without express written approval from Bintang444.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of legitimate transactions processed by Bintang444.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time during your Account lifecycle.

Bintang444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or identity verification requirements within the timeframe specified by Bintang444.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that Bintang444 determines to be unjustified.
• A Player's Account becoming inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months without any login activity.
• Compliance with any applicable legal requirement, court order, or regulatory direction.

In circumstances where an Account is closed due to verified fraud or material breach of these Terms & Conditions, Bintang444 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including deposited funds and Bonus Funds. In all other Account closures, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should refer to Section 12 of these Terms and our Responsible Gambling page.

All content on the Bintang444 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, software, text, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bintang444 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Bintang444.

Any unauthorised use of Bintang444's intellectual property constitutes a violation of this Agreement and applicable law, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bintang444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided through it — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

Bintang444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may periodically affect Platform availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

In the event of a manifest error — including erroneous odds, incorrect game outcomes caused by software malfunction, or pricing errors — Bintang444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts. We accept no liability for any anticipated winnings arising from such manifest errors.

Nothing in this section shall limit Bintang444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Bintang444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools available to all registered Players at no cost.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a specified period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic on-screen notifications after a specified continuous play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary suspension of your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer). During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are also paused.
• Reality Check Prompts: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and current net position.

Age Restriction: Bintang444 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. If you are aware that a minor has accessed the Platform using your credentials, you must notify us immediately.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Bintang444 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and Bintang444 regarding any bet outcome, transaction, or Account matter, you must first submit a formal complaint to our customer support team in writing. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under which Bintang444 holds its operating licence. The outcome of any arbitration proceeding shall be final and binding on both parties.

Bintang444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
